  • US gift certificates are redeemable for any school or clinic held in the United States
  • US gift certificates are not redeemable for schools and clinics in European locations
  • US gift certificates are redeemable for Pro Shop purchases on www.pelzgolf.com
  • All gift certificates retain 100% value for 5-years from date of purchase and are not refundable for cash
  • Gift certificates purchased within 2-years may be redeemed online.
  • Gift certificates purchased more than 2-years ago but fewer than 5-years ago may be redeemed by calling customer service at 1-800-833-7370.
  • All unredeemed gift certificates after 5-year from date of purchase have no value
Euro Gift Voucher Policy
  • Euro gift vouchers are redeemable for schools and clinics where Euro currency applies.
  • Euro gift vouchers are valid for 1-year from date of purchase and may be redeemed on-line, www.pelzgolf.com .
  • After 2 years, unredeemed Euro gift vouchers have no cash value and are non-refundable.
  • Euro Gift vouchers 2 years or older cannot be redeemed for instruction programs.
