3-Day Scoring Game Schools, 2-Day Putting and Short Game Schools, 2-Day Alumni Schools,
and 1-Day Alumni Tune-ups
- All cancellations and transfers are subject to a $75 administrative fee (€75 for
Killeen Castle).
- Cancellations prior to 7 days before the session date are refundable, less
$75 administrative fee (€75 for Killeen Castle).
- A non-refundable gift certificate is issued for cancellations less than 7 days from
the session date, less $75 administrative fee (€75 for Killeen Castle). This gift
certificate can be applied as payment for a subsequent enrollment.
- Notify Pelz Golf Customer Service at 1-800-833-7370 of any cancellation or transfer
request. Customer Service is open 8-5 Monday through Friday Central Time, excluding
most major holidays.
- Any applicable hotel penalties incurred due to cancellation or transfer are the
responsibility of the billed party.
- "No-Shows" are non-refundable.
- If you are traveling, watch the weather prior to your travel departure. Call us
if you have any concerns about the weather.
- The Dave Pelz Scoring Game School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions
as required by weather, unusual circumstance or enrollment and is not responsible
for any loss or inconvenience incurred as a result. On such occasions, tuition fees,
minus hotel charges if any, are refundable or transferable to a session of your
choice on a priority basis.
6 Week New Golfer Program Transfers & Cancellations:

6-Week New Golfer Program
- All cancellations and transfers are subject to a $75 administrative fee.
- Cancellations prior to 14 days before the session date are refundable, less $75
administrative fee.
- Cancellations within 14 days before the session date are non-refundable.
- Notify Pelz Golf Customer Service at 1-800-833-7370 of any cancellation. Customer
Service is open 8-5 Monday through Friday Central Time, excluding most major holidays.
- "No-Shows" are non-refundable.
- Session will not be cancelled for weather. Instruction will take place indoors if
it is unsafe to work outdoors.
- The Dave Pelz Scoring Game School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions
for unusual circumstance or enrollment and is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience
incurred as a result. On such occasions, tuition fees are refundable or transferable
to a session of your choice on a priority basis.

US Dollar Gift Certificate Policy
- US gift certificates are redeemable for any school or clinic held in the United
States
- US gift certificates are not redeemable for schools and clinics in Killeen,
Ireland
- US gift certificates are redeemable for Pro Shop purchases on www.pelzgolf.com
- All gift certificates retain 100% value for 5-years from date of purchase and are
not refundable for cash
- Gift certificates purchased within 2-years may be redeemed online.
- Gift certificates purchased more than 2-years ago but fewer than 5-years ago may
be redeemed by calling customer service at 1-800-833-7370.
- All unredeemed gift certificates after 5-year from date of purchase have no value
Euro Gift Voucher Policy
- Euro gift vouchers are redeemable for schools and clinics in Killeen, Ireland
only
- Euro gift vouchers are not redeemable for Pro Shop items on www.pelzgolf.com
- All gift vouchers are valid for 2-years from date of purchase and may be redeemed on www.pelzgolf.com
- After two years, gift vouchers are not refundable but may be redeemed for schools and clinics up to 5 years from purchase by calling Killeen Castle or customer service.
- Unredeemed gift vouchers have no value after 5 years from date of purchase.
International Orders: Duties, Taxes and Other Fees
- Non-US orders may be assessed duty or tax charges upon arrival of shipment.
- These charges (if any) are collected by delivery personnel.
- Pelz Golf does not charge any fees in addition to the cost of your order and shipping/handling
charges.
- Check your local and/or country tax laws before placing your order with Pelz Golf.
Product Return Policy
- Pelz Golf strives to provide products of the highest quality and to ensure customers
are completely satisfied with our products.
- Prior to returning any product, call Dave Pelz Golf Customer Service at 1-800-833-7370
(ext. 1) to receive shipping authorization and instructions.
- The customer is responsible for all expenses of any unauthorized returns including
the cost of re-shipment back to the customer.
- C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
- Pelz Golf will not accept returned products unless purchased directly from Pelz
Golf.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pelz Golf (with the exception of
books and custom golf clubs), you may return your unused product up to 30 days after
purchase for a refund, less shipping and handling charges.
- Due to the nature of the product, books and custom wedges may not be returned.
- All returned products must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging
and shrink wrap as appropriate and with all documentation.
- All products purchased directly from Pelz Golf are warranted against defects in
workmanship and materials for one year from date of purchase.
- Repair or replacement of a product is at the sole discretion of Pelz Golf.
Shipping Policy
- Most product orders are shipped within two (2) business days from completion of
payment.
- Pelz Golf ships with FedEx to all deliverable locations worldwide.
- Email notifications are sent to your email address by FedEx upon shipment acceptance
and shipment delivery.
- An email notification will be sent to your email address by FedEx in the event of
a delivery exception (undeliverable).
- A Pelz Golf representative will contact you by phone or email in the event that
an item ordered is out-of-stock.
