School Transfers
& Cancellations:
This policy applies to ...
3-Day Scoring Game Schools, 2-Day Putting and Short Game Schools, 2-Day Alumni Schools, and 1-Day Alumni Tune-ups

All cancellations and transfers are subject to a $75 administrative fee (€75 for Killeen Castle).

Cancellations prior to 7 days before the session date are refundable, less $75
administrative fee (€75 for Killeen Castle).

A non-refundable gift certificate is issued for cancellations less than 7 days from the session
date, less $75 administrative fee (€75 for Killeen Castle). This gift certificate can be applied as payment for a
subsequent enrollment.

Notify Pelz Golf Customer Service at 1-800-833-7370 of any cancellation or transfer request.
Customer Service is open 8-5 Monday through Friday Central Time, excluding most major holidays.

Any applicable hotel penalties incurred due to cancellation or transfer are the responsibility
of the billed party.

"No-Shows" are non-refundable.

If you are
traveling, watch the weather prior to your travel departure. Call us if you have any concerns
about the weather.

The Dave Pelz Scoring Game School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions as
required by weather, unusual circumstance or enrollment and is not responsible for any loss or
inconvenience incurred as a result. On such occasions, tuition fees, minus hotel charges if
any, are refundable or transferable to a session of your choice on a priority basis.
